1. Position: Senior Service Advisor
2. Location: Bedford
3. Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 + Bonus (Depending on experience)
4. OTE: £35,000+
5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturdays on a rota

My client is looking for a Senior Service advisor at their main dealership. They're a group that offers fantastic career opportunities, state of the art dealership resources with new and used cars from a very popular brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to move into a senior role within a growing company with dealerships across the country.
Senior Service Advisor Responsibilities:
7. Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service and maintenance.
8. Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
9. Provide detailed and accurate information regarding services, repairs, and warranties.
10. Communicate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
11. Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
12. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
13. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Requirements for a Senior Service Advisor:
14. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential, preferably within the motor trade
15. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering all vehicles back to the customer when required
16. Happy to work independently or as part of a team
17. A full UK driving licence is required
