Location: 505 Wakefield Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Including 3 Saturdays per month; Monday day off) Closing date: 29 May 2025 Contract type: Secondment until 15 August 2025 Recruitment Partner: Matt Haywood - matt.haywood@boots.co.uk About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Level 6 Specialist to join our Test and Learn team in Care Services 505 Wakefield. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our care services test and learn, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. You will be responsible for collating and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), updating stakeholders, dispensing care services items, and completing data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage Daily Operations: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities within the Care Services test and learn department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Collate and Report KPIs: Gather relevant data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement. Stakeholder Updates: Communicate and provide updates to relevant stakeholders regarding service performance, issues, and resolutions. Dispensing: Manage the dispensing of care services items within the test and learn environment. Data Entry: support with data entry of care services items Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and the efficient handling of tasks within the department. What you’ll need to have Experience in care services or a related field. Be a qualified Pharmacy Dispenser. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other data entry systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
