Job description
* Primarily responsible for property leasing consultations and rental procedures in cities across the United Kingdom, addressing customer rental needs.
* Familiarize oneself with UK rental regulations and processes through training, and respond to customer inquiries related to the rental process via phone and email.
* Coordinate and facilitate customer property viewings.
* Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-incoordination.
* Carry out periodic property inspections and report and deal with maintenance issues
* Arrange contractors to carry out work, reporting to line manager
* Obtain competitive quotations
* Any other tasks as per business needs
Requirements:
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
