Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We're looking for a dynamic Research & Insights Manager to support colleagues across the Adecco Group!
This is a fully remote role, with a need for occasional travel to London and/or client sites.
About the Role
At Adecco, insight is the foundation for smarter decisions and stronger partnerships. As our Research & Insights Manager, you'll develop market intelligence and thought leadership that positions Adecco as a trusted expert in workforce solutions.
What you’ll be doing
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on labour markets, competitors, and recruitment trends.
* Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create insightful reports.
* Develop data-driven content like white papers, blogs, and client reports.
* Support marketing and sales with tailored insights and collateral.
* Present findings at client and industry meetings.
About you
* Proven experience in research, insights, or content marketing (recruitment/staffing industry preferred).
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
