Receptionist
Responsible to Business Manager
The overall aim of this role is to consistently provide a 5 Star Customer Service journey from Reception Desk.
Remuneration: £ £14.00ph

* Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient, friendly and professional manner.
* Receive and deal with patients and visitors in a pleasant and prompt manner.
* Keep patients informed of any delays.
* Notify clinicians of patient arrivals.
* Schedule patient appointments in accordance with practice policies.
* Prepare day lists for all clinicians
* Collect and record patient payments.
* Maintain Patient records
* Carry out routine house-keeping procedures
* Liaise with dental laboratories
Working Pattern:
You would be required to work 2 days a week
* Monday 8:00am to 6:00pm
* Tuesday 8:00am to 6:00pm
Minimum Requirement:
Reception Experience : Required
Dental Nursing Experience: Preferred
