Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Manager based in Wembley. The Registered Manager will be responsible for leading and managing supported living services, ensuring person-centered care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Key duties include overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating care plans, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals. The role requires implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, providing leadership to ensure high-quality care, and conducting regular service audits to uphold professional standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in management roles within the social care sector, particularly in supported living services.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding practices, and care governance frameworks.
* Proven leadership, staff supervision, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to develop and implement care plans, with knowledge of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) frameworks and outcome-based care approaches.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Relevant qualifications, such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Proficient in using care management systems, such as Care Vision, and comfortable with digital record-keeping tools like Nextcloud.
* A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or emergencies.
