### What You'll Do:
As a Planting / Seed Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planting process, ensuring our seeds have the best chance to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of planting areas, ensuring optimal conditions for growth.
Sowing seeds and planting seedlings with care and precision.
Regularly monitoring plant health and growth, reporting any issues to the team.
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Collaborating with team members to achieve daily planting goals.

Some heavy lifting required
