The role of Scheme Manager will include:
1. Supporting residents by providing information to promote independence
2. Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks
3. Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion
4. Delivering high quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints
5. Maintaining accurate records about residents and the scheme
6. Covering other schemes as and when required
Skills and experiences:
7. Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
8. Some experience of working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar
9. Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines
10. Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
11. Good interpersonal and customer care skills
12. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
13. Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

23. £13,533 per annum (rising to £13,951 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
