Role overview:
Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding high standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
* Place the member experience at the core of your activities by engaging with members on the gym floor.
* Conduct welcoming and engaging tours for prospective members in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
* Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
* Conduct informative and engaging member inductions.
* Support prospective members with joining procedures as required.
* Perform club standards checks, ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with JD Gyms procedures.
* Provide ad hoc support to members as needed or observed.
* Maintain cleanliness standards of the highest level, as set by Gym Management and Operations.
* Uphold excellent brand standards, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
* Operate in a safe and legal manner at all times, ensuring compliance while working for JD Gyms.
* Consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management in daily operations.
* Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
