We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our agile team, helping us leverage the benefits of Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce system administration knowledge and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
1. Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce projects using Apex, Visualforce, and related tools.
2. Create custom objects, workflows, Apex classes, controllers, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages within Salesforce.
3. Collaborate on designing and developing end-to-end solutions including new features, technical design, requirements, and implementation based on business needs.
4. Manage data modeling, conversions, and migrations supporting business initiatives, including risk management and dependencies.
5. Enhance and maintain third-party data integrations with Salesforce.
6. Perform data analysis and profiling to manage source-to-target data mappings.
7. Implement standard methodologies and development guidelines across the team.
8. Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and proper design standards.
9. Assist in evaluating and deploying application software packages as needed.
What you have:
* Experience with Lightning Design, Apex, Visualforce, Web services, and related technologies.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Data Model, approval flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
* Experience with custom objects, pages, triggers, workflows, reports, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader.
* Experience developing in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Service Cloud.
* Knowledge of Salesforce execution governors and limits.
* Ability to work within an Agile environment and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
* Curiosity and interest in technological innovations.
* 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce CPQ.
* 4-7 years of experience in database development, design, and analysis.
