As we continue to grow, were looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll learn every aspect of the recruitment process. From sourcing candidates and developing client relationships to negotiating offers and closing deals, you'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive and high-energy environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and screening candidates via job boards and other channels
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
Writing and posting job adverts
Conducting interviews and assessing suitability for roles
Working to targets and KPIs with the opportunity to earn commission
On call
Client Check in's
Payroll
Compliance and Administration duties

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

No prior recruitment experience needed full training provided!
