Accounts Technician Belfast £30,000 pa Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading family based Construction business in North Belfast. If you would are an experienced accounts professional who wants to join a supportive organisation dedicated to helping you develop professionally, this could be the role for you! Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage the Purchase Ledger, including posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and accurate coding to cost centres. Assist with monthly and quarterly management reporting, including preparation of cost analysis, variance reports, and accruals/prepayments. Monitor and control business costs, including tracking and analysing employee mileage, expenses, and other operational outgoings. Prepare and submit Intrastat returns in accordance with HMRC guidelines and deadlines. Complete and submit EC Sales List (ECC) returns, ensuring accuracy of data and timely filing. Support the finance team during month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
