Swansea Women’s Aid (SWA) offers dynamic, innovative services to women and children experiencing violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence (VAWDASV).

SWAN Support Worker

Salary: £24,369 per year

Location: Swansea

Hours: 35 hours per week

Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund until 30th June 2027

Swansea Women’s Aid are looking for a dedicated support worker who has experience of working with women with multiple disadvantages.

The SWAN Project provides a holistic women-centred service that is responsive to the needs of women who are exploited by the sex industry. Working within a multi-agency partnership the role will support, enable and empower service users.

SWA value diversity and are committed to promoting equality. They encourage applications from women from all backgrounds and communities – Black, Asian, LGTBQ+ or other ethnic minority backgrounds and people with a disability.

They particularly welcome applications from Welsh speaking candidates.
