Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer
* Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
* Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js)
* Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
* Familiarity with cloud services and API design
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and engineer end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
* Build scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions aligned with client requirements
* Act as a technical subject matter expert, guiding and supporting team members
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
* Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and contribute to broader architectural discussions
* Engage with multiple teams to resolve complex technical challenges
* Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and knowledge sharing
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, reliability, and user experience
* Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency
