Wycliffe College are seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to join our dedicated IT team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, managing IT hardware and software, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and providing expert IT Support to the pupils and staff across the College.
As a key member of the team, you’ll ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our IT Systems. This includes managing our IT networks, cloud-based services and enhancing our cyber security infrastructure. Your skills and knowledge will be critical in ensuring that our technology functions smoothly for all users.
While this is a senior role, we welcome applications from technicians who may not yet meet all the criteria but are eager to develop and progress. A suitable candidate may be considered for an IT Technician position instead, depending on experience and fit.

Working hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break.
You will be entitled to 25 days paid annual leave + Bank and Public Holidays (1 January to 31 December).
Salary Range: £27,000–£30,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience.
