We are seeking applicants who will have completed or be expected to complete a degree in Maths, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting or a related field by September 2026. No prior experience is required, but a strong foundation in quantitative subjects and a passion for building a career in finance are essential.

Your role will include
* Developing an understanding of the nature and operations of Welsh Water through placement rotations across operational finance, regulatory finance and tax.
* Working on a financial project as part of your final placement.
* Gaining knowledge of the full financial calendar from budget setting through to year‑end disclosures.
* Supporting the completion of a professional accounting qualification (chartered status) – ACA, ACCA or CIMA – during the programme.
Graduate scheme

Location & travel
Primary base is South‑East Wales. On occasion and with notice, you may be expected to travel to sites across Wales and its borders.
