About the role We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who brings ideas, curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Someone who doesn’t just deliver HR processes brilliantly, but actively looks for better ways to support people, leaders and culture. This is a role for an HR generalist who loves taking accountability and improving how things are done — whether that’s rethinking a policy, testing a new approach to engagement, or helping leaders see people issues differently. You’ll be part of a collaborative People Team made up of our Payroll Manager, L&D Director, Recruitment Business Partner, People Partner, Head of People & Talent, and Chief People Officer. You’ll work alongside the People Partner and report to the Head of People & Talent. What you’ll be responsible for Partnering with our junior and middle managers to deliver people solutions that are modern, inclusive and commercially grounded Encouraging managers to adopt new approaches to leadership, feedback and development Identifying opportunities to improve and innovate across HR practices, policies and ways of working Leading or contributing to people initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing and performance Using data, insight and employee feedback to test ideas and drive meaningful change Managing employee relations matters with confidence, empathy and sound judgement Playing an active role in shaping the future direction of the HR function What we’re looking for Experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role A curious mindset — someone who asks why and looks for better solutions Confidence to suggest new ideas and challenge constructively Strong understanding of employment law, with a pragmatic, people-first approach A collaborative style and the ability to influence without hierarchy Excellent current knowledge of UK employment law legislation Global experience in the US or Singapore would be nice to have, but not essential CIPD Level 5 qualified, or willing to work towards Level 7, or equivalent experience.
