As a QA Manager, you'll work closely with teams to achieve excellent results. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining these platforms, products, and services. Your role will ensure our systems are reliable, high-performing, and continuously improving to meet evolving business needs.

Salary: Starting From £60,000 Per Annum
Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, with a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll drive innovation, monitor system health, resolve performance issues, and optimize technology investments. Leveraging your technical expertise and collaboration skills, you will deliver high-quality solutions aligned with strategic goals, enabling business success.
You will develop and execute test plans for infrastructure, security, and EUC environments, performing functional, performance, and security testing of IT systems and applications. You will identify and report vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security policies. Additionally, you will validate end-user computing solutions, including desktops, laptops, and virtual environments, automate testing processes where applicable, collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance system resilience, and manage a team of testers to ensure clarity in responsibilities and deliverables.
What you’ll need:
* Extensive knowledge and experience in managing infrastructure/security testing and compliance validation, including proficiency in penetration testing and vulnerability scanning to identify and mitigate risks.
* A thorough understanding of industry standards and regulatory frameworks, ensuring effective implementation and continuous assessment of infrastructure security controls.
* Experience in automating infrastructure testing, with a strong grasp of CI/CD security testing practices using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
* Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security testing across various platforms, along with expertise in API security best practices.
* Proficiency in performance and load testing, monitoring system health with observability platforms, and conducting disaster recovery, failover, and resilience testing. Experience in incident response management is also required.
* Proven capability in developing end-to-end QA strategies for digital services, infrastructure, networks, and software applications, along with leadership and mentorship of QA teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.
