We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Food & Drink professional with a specialism in Bakery to join a quality team of lecturers and inspire the next generation of learners.

Role Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Food & Drink and Bakery courses
Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement
Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current bakery production, food safety, and hospitality industry standards
Support students in developing practical bakery skills, food preparation techniques, and employability within the food and drink sector
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and quality assurance within practical learning environments
Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
Develop industry partnerships with bakeries, patisseries, hospitality venues, and food production organisations to enhance student learning, work placements, and industry engagement
Essential Requirements
A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Bakery, Professional Cookery, Food Production, or a related subject
Extensive industry experience within bakery, food production, hospitality, or related sectors
A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
