Purchase Ledger Role - Fareham
CMA is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger position to start with a reputable company in Fareham. The initial contract is approximately 3 months, with potential for extension due to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Validate and process supplier invoices for payment, including manual entry.
2. Review Purchase Orders.
3. Reconcile supplier statements with the purchase ledger.
4. Resolve invoice and payment queries.
5. Set up new supplier accounts.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
