Your role as Service Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys transformation, structure and positive change.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the day‐to‐day running of an 8‐bedded residential service
* Provide confident, visible leadership to the staff team
* Reset and strengthen team culture
* Embed systems, structure and consistent practice
* Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance
* Implement and review person‐centred support plans
* Conduct assessments, supervisions, appraisals and performance oversight
* Ensure safe medication practices and audit readiness
* Work closely with families, local authorities and professionals
* Deliver against regulatory and organisational requirements
You'll play a key role in stabilising the service and ensuring the people we support receive safe, high‐quality, empowering care.
Who we're looking for
This role is ideal for a seasoned manager, not a first‐time leader.
Essential experience:
* Registered Manager or experienced Service/Care Manager in adult social care
* Expertise in learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
* Proven ability to turn around services or drive major quality improvements
* Strong understanding of:
* Safeguarding
* CQC standards
* Quality frameworks
* Risk management
