About The Role
The Facilities Team at FXPlus is seeking to recruit two full-time Caretakers to join our friendly, close-knit team at FXPlus's Penryn and Falmouth campuses. You will provide a high-quality caretaking service to support staff, students, the public, and visitors.
The caretaking department is responsible for duties such as waste and recycling management, porterage, daily external cleaning, and driving company vehicles. You will work on campuses filled with creative minds, set within beautiful, vibrant, and subtropical grounds.

About You
Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, hardworking, friendly, and customer-focused. You should be able to work to deadlines, both independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for high standards and health and safety compliance.
This varied role involves working with academics, staff, students, and visitors, so excellent communication skills are essential. A customer-focused background is desirable.
You must hold a manual driving licence and be prepared for a physically active role. Experience with waste management and general caretaking duties is welcomed, as well as knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
The position is permanent, full-time, working 07:00 - 15:00 for two weeks and 10:00 - 18:00 for two weeks, approximately 1 in 5 weekends.
