Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Support Manager, you will:
* Supervise classroom activities in the absence of a teacher
* Distribute and manage pre-prepared classwork
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies
* Promote a calm, focused, and inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with teaching staff to provide a consistent approach
* Help pupils engage positively with their learning and their peers

Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates with the following attributes:
* Empathy and a calm, supportive nature
* Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Adaptable and patient with a positive attitude
* Previous experience with young people is desirable – but not essential!

Job Requirements:
* Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (can be arranged with our support)
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* Two recent references (covering the last 24 months)
* Willingness to learn and engage with professional development
