We currently have an opportunity to join our Facilities Management team as a FM Support Officer.
Your role:
The FM team are responsible foroffering technical advice and support for all statutory compliance, planned preventative and reactive maintenance. This includes the repair and upkeep of public toilets, life preservers, street furniture, signage and street name plates, shelters and bus shelters, beach huts, doors and windows, play areas and equipment, fencing and walls, paths and roadways, emergency response including flood prevention, winter gritting and pollution monitoring, prevention and recovery.
As the FM Support Officer your role will include providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to the delivery of the FM service. You will be the first point of contact for the FM Team, responding to or escalating external and internal enquiries as appropriate, in addition to providing administrative support to the other members of the FM team.
What you will need:
The unique selling proposition of our facilities management team lies in its ability to provide and deliver tailored solutions with exceptional quality. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills alongside the ability to work co-operatively, and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage changing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
A full driving license is essential for this role.
