We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Production or Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy team. You will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure operations run efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing day-to-day production activities including planning, stock management and customer requirements
* Leading and supporting your team to ensure a positive and high-performing working environment
* Tracking key performance indicators and maintaining quality standards while always looking for ways to improve
* Championing health and safety, ensuring all procedures are followed and incidents are reported
* Managing forklift operations and supervising vehicle loading and unloading
* Taking a hands-on approach when needed by stepping into key operational roles across the site
What We're Looking For
* At least one year of supervisory experience in a production/warehouse or manufacturing setting
* A valid forklift licence is essential
* A confident and supportive leadership style with strong team management skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and databases
* Experience in coaching and developing others on the job
