Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in private client work, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients. This role involves advising clients on a range of matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and court of protection.
* Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
* Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting private client work.
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to provide comprehensive service to clients.
* Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* 3+ years PQE with relevant experience in private client law.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client care.
* Ability to own caseload independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
