Children's Residential Home Team Leader - Senior.
Overview:
* We require a resilient Team Leader / Senior worker in our Brand New Ofsted registered Dual registered service in Southport. (opening April 2025).
* The ideal candidate will work alongside our management team and must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential.
* This role is a full-time position and experience is essential.
* We offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.
* A driving license is desirable due to rural location.
* Applicants must be aged 21+.
Duties include:
* Taking point on shift and leading by example.
* Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
* Training up new members of staff.
* Participating in on-call rota and taking out-of-hours calls when required.
* Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date.
* Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
* Working in partnership with the Deputy Manager.
* Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
