Office Administrator required to join a large corporate organisation to support diary management, co ordination, secretarial duties and personal assistance or PA support. Skills Communication and organisational skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn. No prior experience required, training will be provided. Responsibilities Organising internal and external meetings and arranging travel bookings. Handling emails, phone calls, and general office admin tasks. Supporting purchasing activities and liaising with suppliers and customers. Assisting colleagues and managers with day-to-day tasks
