TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team in Birmingham.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
* Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
* Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
About the Role:
* Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
* Carry out 5 - 6 completed surveys per day.
* Lodgement fee is covered by our client.
* Scheduled work contract booked appointments.
Ideal Candidates:
* Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
* Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
* Experience in energy.
* Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor- Elmhurst
