Frameworks Property Services are looking for a Property Services Officer to join their team. We are looking for a friendly and people focused person with the knowledge and ability to priorities the administration of a wide range of maintenance requisitions. You do not need to be technically qualified or be able to wield a screwdriver! However, a knowledge of the types of repairs which might be required in a property is necessary. You will have good communication and computer skills, attention to detail and have a customer focused approach. Duties & Responsibilities Support the Property Services Team Leader in delivering a quality service. Raising and reporting requisitions with a good understanding of repair terminology. Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with the Framework services teams both on site and off site and deliver great customer service. Maintain and work to our policies and procedures for correct and safe delivery of works, including but not limited to: contractor management, communication to support teams and tenants, Complete all relevant records in line with the business (job completions, invoicing, etc.) Why Join Us?
