Job Title: Support Worker - Halton Reablement Company: Bluestones Medical Location: Halton, UK Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available £12.21 - £13.00 About the Role Bluestones Medical is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Halton Reablement team. In this role, you will support individuals in regaining independence following illness, injury, or hospital discharge, enabling them to live safely and confidently in their own homes.
