This is a 6‑month contract offering hybrid working, with a minimum of three days per week based in the office. You will play a key role in providing administrative, financial, and coordination support to Project Managers while acting as a client-facing representative where required. Key Responsibilities Act as a client-facing representative, aligning regularly on delivery and commercial matters. Provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to Project Managers. Monitor work in progress and track activities against service orders. Prepare customer invoices with Project Managers and support financial reporting. Assist with customer quotations and spare-part delivery progress. Manage SAP tasks, purchase orders, and project documentation. Compile and issue project and customer reports within agreed timelines.
