Administrator (Part Time) - Coleraine An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrator to join a well-established and highly respected organisation operating across a diverse range of activities including property management, environmental initiatives, community engagement and grant funding. Key details:
1. £Competitive salary
2. Part-Time - Monday - Friday, 10.00 am - 2.00 pm
3. 1 year fixed term contract (potential to become permanent)
The Role:
4. This varied role will suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment, providing high-quality administrative support and acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders.
Duties:
5. You will support the day-to-day operations of the organisation, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and events, supporting key projects and assisting with the management of communication channels, including website and social media platforms.
6. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping to ensure efficient administration, excellent customer service and the smooth delivery of a wide range of activities and initiatives.
Criteria:
7. Previous experience providing administrative support within a busy office environment
8. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
12. A proactive approach and willingness to learn
13. Experience using databases, record management systems or Sage software would be advantageous
