We are seeking a Project Administrator to support our team with essential project management activities. This newly created role offers the opportunity to step into a dynamic team where your attention to detail and organisational skills will be valued. Working 20 hours per week, ideally in the afternoons to provide coverage during our core business hours, you’ll be fully supported as you integrate into the team.

As our Project Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining project documentation, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders, keeping deadlines on track while bringing a positive attitude and enthusiasm to the role.
