We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in MEP building services, looking to take ownership of electrical works across commercial or industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations for electrical installations
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
* Maintain site documentation, including RAMS and progress reports
* Monitor quality, timelines, and resource allocation
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
* Proven experience in electrical site management within building services
* SMSTS certification (essential)
* Additional H&S certifications (e.g., CSCS, First Aid, IOSH/NEBOSH) preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
