Responsibilities of the Service Design Lead include:
* Service Design across legacy and transformed tech environments
* Alignment of service strategy with 5-year business goals
* Seamless service transition with partners, ensuring readiness and accountability
* Standardisation of service design processes across internal and partner ecosystems
Operational strategy delivery through:
* Service Design
* Configuration Management (Mainly IT BSS)
* Automation
* Process Development
* Supplier capability assessments and in-life process refinement
* Risk management and mitigation across operational delivery
The successful Service Design Lead will have:
* Proven experience in IT & Network Service Design (BSS)
* Expertise in hybrid, private, and public cloud operations
* Familiarity with ITIL, ISO27001, and service management best practices
* Strong background in RFQ/RFP evaluation and contract definition
* Stakeholder engagement at C-level in multi-sourced environments
* Tactical and strategic problem-solving in constrained settings
