This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Communications Officer to join the Change team of a top London University.
Experience in Higher Education is essential and the post holder will join the university during a time of strong growth and change.
You will:
* Develop and deliver clear, engaging communication plans to support business change and transformation programmes
* Translate complex change initiatives into simple, user-friendly messaging for a variety of stakeholders
* Work closely with programme leads, PMO, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
* Create and manage communication materials, including emails, intranet content, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder updates
* Support stakeholder engagement by identifying impacted groups and tailoring communications accordingly
* Ensure alignment between communications, training, and wider change activities to drive adoption
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications, using feedback to continuously improve approach
This role is Outside IR35.
Start date is schedule to be the end of June.
