Fleet Administrator
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to support our busy fleet and sales operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles move smoothly from order to delivery — managing documentation, supporting the sales team, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Operational Support
* Process vehicle orders, finance and registration paperwork
* Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Documentation & Compliance
* Manage vehicle files (digital and physical) with accuracy and audit-readiness
* Ensure all finance, insurance, and allocation documents are complete
Customer & Delivery Coordination
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and updates
* Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate vehicle deliveries
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in an administrative role (fleet/automotive/logistics experience desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using CRM or ERP systems is advantageous
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
