Job Introduction
Are you ready to lead the delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects across the South East? We’re looking for a Project Delivery Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering contracts, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and full compliance with safety and quality standards.
The Role
You’ll manage the effective allocation of resources and lead the delivery of major or multiple projects. Working closely with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams, you’ll drive performance, guide your team, and ensure every contract is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver multi-disciplined projects across the South East
2. Ensure full compliance with HSQE standards and company procedures
3. Maximise financial returns and manage contractual risk
4. Build strong relationships with clients, supply chain, and internal teams
5. Coach and develop direct reports, driving engagement and performance
6. Promote continuous improvement and share best practice across the business
What You’ll Bring
7. HND/HNC or Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
8. Proven leadership in contracting/surfacing project delivery
9. Strong commercial awareness and operational knowledge
10. NEBOSH or IOSH certification (preferred)
11. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
12. IT Data Management (highly desirable)
13. Pavers Machine Control experience (highly desirable)
