EA to Senior Executives



We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior executives within a fast-paced, global organisation operating across the sports, media and entertainment space. The environment is dynamic, high-profile and requires someone confident working at pace with senior stakeholders and complex schedules.




This is a varied and demanding EA position providing full executive support at senior level. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of diaries, meetings, travel and administrative priorities across multiple stakeholders.



Key responsibilities include:




\t
* Complex diary management across multiple time zones


\t

* Coordinating meetings, calls and agendas, including virtual and in-person arrangements


\t

* International travel planning and itinerary management


\t

* Preparation of briefing materials and meeting documentation


\t

* Expense and invoice processing


\t

* Maintenance of organised digital and physical filing systems


\t

* Ad hoc personal and professional support as required


\t

* General administrative and coordination support to ensure operational efficiency








About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant with at least 5 years’ experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, media, entertainment or similarly dynamic environment.



You will be:

* Exceptionally organised with strong diary and scheduling experience


\t

* Calm under pressure, adaptable and confident managing changing priorities


\t

* Discreet, professional and trusted with confidential information


\t

* A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail


\t

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)


\t

* Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently


\t

* Flexible with a collaborative and positive approach
