* £13.41 - £15.32 per hour (with performance based pay)
* Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
CTRG: Mansfield Hub are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Main Duties
* Responsible for prep and spraying of industrial coatings on large surfaces using water based paints
* Preparing items for paint by stripping, sanding, filling and sealing
* Mixing paint to perfect match
* Quality checks
* Rebuilding items after painting
* Cleaning and looking after spray equipment
* Keeping an eye on stock levels and reporting to management

Candidate Experience
* Experience in industrial paint shop / shop floor environment
* Good preparation and finishing skills
* A steady, reliable approach to work
* Ability to work well within the team
* Good communication
We are ideally seeking candidates with minimum of 1 years' experience with Paint Spraying industrial coatings.
