Flagship Boutique Manager - Luxury Timepieces
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus
An established British luxury timepiece house is seeking an exceptional Flagship Boutique Manager to lead one of its most important UK retail locations.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven and brand-immersed leader to take full ownership of a flagship environment, elevate performance, and build a highly engaged client community around a distinctive luxury proposition.
We are looking specifically for current Store Managers or exceptionally strong Assistant Store Managers from luxury watch or fine jewellery brands who understand the nuances of selling high-value mechanical pieces and cultivating long-term collectors.
The Opportunity
This role goes beyond day-to-day retail management. You will be the custodian of the brand experience - responsible for driving commercial success while embodying a pioneering, purpose-led ethos that resonates with a discerning clientele.
The product requires storytelling, conviction and belief. We need a leader who can fully buy into a brand's heritage, craftsmanship and forward-thinking spirit - and inspire both clients and team to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
Full P&L ownership of a flagship boutique
Drive measurable sales growth and improve key KPIs year-on-year
Develop and execute a proactive clienteling strategy to grow repeat business and collector relationships
Personally manage top-tier clients and high-value transactions
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
Recruit, develop and retain top luxury retail talent
Plan and deliver boutique events, private viewings and partnership activations
Build strong relationships within the local luxury community
Maintain exceptional VM and operational standards
About You
Currently a Store Manager within luxury watches or fine jewellery
OR
A highly commercial Assistant Store Manager ready to step into a flagship leadership role
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving conversion, ATV and CRM metrics
Deep understanding of mechanical watches and/or high jewellery
Strong existing client book and confident in high-value transactions
Experienced in hosting and executing boutique events
Polished, charismatic and credible with UHNW clientele
Energetic, hands-on and inspirational - leads from the front
Commercially astute with strong operational discipline
Passionate about craftsmanship, engineering and heritage storytelling
