Court of Protection Solicitor – Up to £65,000 salary – Lancashire
We are pleased to present this leading Legal 500 law firm offers specialist legal advice to Court of Protection clients.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Solicitor to work alongside its highly reputable team.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of Court of Protection matters and will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of Clients as well as dealing with Client families, support teams and financial advisors.
The Candidate
* 4+ years post-qualification experience in Court of Protection or Private Client
* Some Private Client or Personal Injury experience would be advantageous but is not essential
* Highly ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and strong financial acumen
* Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
