Delivery Consultant - Interim Solutions
Leeds or Birmingham Hybrid
£35k-£45k + commission
This is a move away from transactional contingent recruitment and into higher-level interim and transformation hiring.
You’ll work on senior interim mandates across finance, technology, change and transformation for PLCs, PE-backed and high-growth businesses.

You’ll focus on delivery, candidate management and process ownership while working alongside experienced consultants generating the work.
Typical day rates:
£500-£1,500+
They’re looking for recruiters with:
• Contract/interim experience
• Strong delivery capability
• Pace and commercial awareness
• Confidence communicating at senior level
• Presence, energy and credibility
Best suited to:
• Interim/contract delivery consultants
• Strong 360 recruiters who prefer high-level delivery work
• Recruiters from tech, finance, change or transformation markets
