About Your Role
Represent British Gas in customers' homes, providing service and repair of boilers and heating systems. You will work with managers, mentors, and colleagues to ensure customers receive timely support.
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site service and repair for a range of boiler and heating system types.
Support the Service Promise by delivering same‑day fixes when requested.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and recommended works.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience working with various boilers and heating systems.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused approach.
