Facilities Project Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic manager to lead and support projects targeted at reducing costs and improving efficiency across Boldyn’s U.S. facilities. This role will be primarily focus across Boldyn’s portfolio of offices, warehousing and other facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving operational excellence through thoughtful planning and execution. What you’ll be doing
As part of the Business Transformation Team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring footprint consolidation and new site activations to general facility enhancements. You will support the design of project workstreams, manage timelines, and producing executive-level status updates, all while coordinating with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. Projects will vary in scope and duration, requiring a balance of tactical execution and long-term strategic thinking. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your ability to improve processes and efficiencies in day-to-day operations. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with:
1. Conduct thorough lease reviews and maintain ongoing oversight of lease requirements to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, cost efficiency, and alignment with Boldyn’s strategic real estate objectives.
2. Maintain documentation centrally related to facilities operations including floorplans, COI’s and all project records.
3. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to execute facility-related projects across commercial and data center sites.
4. Develop detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimized.
5. Prepare and present executive-level status updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
6. Explore and implement efficient space planning solutions to maximize utilization across the U.S. portfolio.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all sites liaising with the Safety team at Boldyn
8. Continuously identify and pursue cost-saving opportunities across existing and future sites.
9. Manage relationships with core vendors, ensuring performance standards are met and partnerships remain strategic.
10. Lead competitive bidding processes to validate pricing and ensure Boldyn is partnered with the right service providers.
What you’ll bring

11. 5+ years of experience in facilities management, real estate operations, or project management, preferably across commercial and data center environments, or Certifications like PMP or IFMA are a plus
12. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects involving site consolidation, new facility activations, and infrastructure upgrades
13. Strong understanding of lease agreements, building systems, and vendor management
14. Skilled in stakeholder engagement across internal teams (e.g., IT, security, operations) and external partners (e.g., landlords, contractors, vendors) and running multiple concurrent projects
15. Familiarity with compliance standards, including safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
16. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
17. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
18. Ability to be on foot for extended period of time, climb ladders and stairs and lift minimum 40 lbs.
19. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
