Children’s Support Worker – Hybrid Working
? Full-Time | 37 hours per week
? Ongoing Temporary Contract
We’re looking for an experienced Children’s Support Worker to join a busy local authority team supporting Looked After Children, Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC), and care-experienced young people.
? Key Details:
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office (mandatory during duty weeks, team meetings and supervisions), 3 days working from home.
Home visits required – access to your own car is preferred, but public transport is also acceptable.
Full-time, 37 hours per week.
? Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people in a care or support setting.
Knowledge of Looked After Children, UASC, or care leavers is highly desirable.
Strong assessment and pathway planning skills.
No formal qualifications required – experience and understanding are key.
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
