Job Description
This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of departmental growth, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.You'll work on a broad range of commercial property matters, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in business development and client acquisition. You'll be required to:
3. Deliver high-quality, profitable legal work across your own matters
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
5. Support the Head of Department in achieving business plan objectives
6. Provide clear, commercially sound legal advice
7. Make decisions independently, escalating only complex or novel issues
8. Develop your profile as a sector expert
The Successful Applicant
9. UK-qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial property
10. Strong experience in a Real Estate team within private practice
11. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent service
12. Track record of successful business development activity
13. Commercially minded and confident in pricing and scoping work
14. Collaborative team player with leadership potential
