Main Responsibilities as Receptionist
* Managing a busy switchboard
* Providing the first point of contact for customers, meeting and greeting
* Checking in and out, handling all guest requests
* Showing Guests round the hotel and to their rooms
* Handling all reservations
* Supporting the Events team with weddings, proposals and functions
* Taking payments
* Handling general administrative tasks
* Working closely with the food & beverage team
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong customer service experience - front of house / Reception experience would be an advantage but not essential
* Great communication skills
* Highly organised and IT literate
* Good administrative skills
* Well presented, personable and courteous
