Collaborating with the Membership Marketing Manager to execute and manage the membership customer journeys and the management programme, driving member engagement, member value and retention Continuously improving the member experience, identifying opportunities to reduce friction in activation of rewards and increasing active member rates Collaborating with the brand, digital marketing, and CRM teams to leverage all marketing channels effectively, driving membership acquisition and engagement Utilising data-driven insights to identify customer needs and preferences, helping to tailor the customer journeys accordingly Working closely with brand and design teams to generate membership specific content across digital and offline channels as well as planning and executing events and experiences Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the loyalty programme and providing actionable insights to optimise programme effectiveness Helping to define the proposition, benefits and rewards and customer segmentation Working on membership collateral and T&Cs and FAQs, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date with new initiatives Owning and managing email and mobile app calendar for membership aligning with wider teams to support business objectives Responsible for the briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling and delivery of all membership email and mobile app notifications. Delivering weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business Working with the wider CRM Team when and where support needed to brief, create, segment, schedule and deliver non-membership email and mobile app notifications
